I took the boys to Launceston’s City Park and discovered there was more to this green haven than the train playground and Japanese monkeys that had become firm favourites for them.
Noah found a spiral pathway decorated in hand-made Tasmanian Tiger and Chinese dragon tiles, but the real fun was had in the small section of rainforest behind the spiral. Here the boys played hide and seek, explored the rock wall and checked out all the different plants they hadn’t seen before. I love how they are growing up to enjoy experiencing their natural surroundings.
