I love chai lattes and have been trying to find the right chai spice blend for ages before deciding to try it myself.Here is my recipe: 1tsp ground ginger
1tsp cardamon pods
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
5 black peppercorns
1tsp ground nutmeg I put all the spices into my mortar and ground them down as much as possible.
I then sieved the powder into a bowl.
Afterwards I heated 250mL of soy milk and then added a teaspoon of my chai mix, leaving it to simmer for about three minutes.It was delicious!
