I love baking – and the biggest fans of my cooking creations are my three boys (two little ones and one man-sized one).
So when Coles asked me if I wanted to try some of the items from the new Create & Bake range I said yes! I received the Vanilla Baking Mix, Vanilla Icing Mix, Blueberry Fruit Sauce and a selection of sprinkles, cupcakes cases and a piping set from which I could create whatever my heart desired.
Last weekend was the perfect opportunity to try out the selection of goodies sent to me because I was having a movie afternoon with the girls (think Johnny Depp and chocolate – yes enough said!). I made six vanilla cupcakes (two with vanilla icing and blue sugar sprinkles and four with raspberry icing and pearls) plus six blueberry crumble cupcakes.
The finished products were very well received by my three boys (who devoured one each while I was gone) and the girls (who multi-tasked by salivating over Mr Depp and the cupcakes at the same time). It’s a tough life 🙂
